COLD STORAGE

Cold Storage started as a story about my three nephews — Billy, Mikey, and Harry — and how their different paths in life kept pulling them back together. What began as a family story turned into something bigger, exploring loyalty, faith, and what happens when money tests what matters most.

I wrote this book because I’ve seen how easily life can twist between chaos and clarity. The brothers in Cold Storage reflect that. Each chasing something different, each trying to find meaning in a world that never slows down. Their arcs are inspired by real people I love and the choices we all face when the stakes get personal.

I live in Huntington, New York, with my wife Meredith and our three kids — Anna, James, and Jack. Family means everything to me. Most days, life is about staying connected to my kids, our community, and the people who keep things grounded.

Writing Cold Storage gave me a way to step back and look at all of it — family, loss, ambition, faith through a story that feels true because, in many ways, it is.
